Your asset is a blessing

There's nothing like seeing the happiness and excitement on a loved ones face when you've helped them realize a lifelong dream.

This is my mother and she is very excited about her new home.

After years and years of talking and dreaming about having a house built on family land in her home town, this past weekend we celebrated with her at her house warming. The entrepreneurs in my family came together to buy and build her dream home. It's the assets each one has built as a business that created her blessing.

This is not the first blessing given as a result of building a business asset.

I remember the very first time I was able to stroke a check and completely pay cash for a car we purchased for my mom in 2002. That check was for $10,000 and it was only possible to fulfill her dream of having a new vehicle because I'd followed through on my dream of building a business.

Since that time, I've been able to invest in so many more blessings, like:

• Purchasing rental properties that provide shelter for a few underprivileged families
• Providing money to a family member who lost everything in a fire
• Paying for my children to go to college
• Providing a monthly donation to a charity that is near and dear to my heart
• and more

This is what building a million dollar business asset has done for me, my family, and my community. It can do the same for you!

I started my business 22 years ago so I could be of service to what I call the underdog, or those who need an extra boost to realize their dreams. That included helping small business owners like you realize their dreams of scaling and creating a legacy.

November is giving season. It's time to think about what goodwill and good cheer you can spread this season. You see, to give is far greater than to receive, and truth be told, you have to give abundantly in order to receive abundantly.

This month in Scale To Seven Figures, our November Million Dollar Masterclass will focus on ways to spread goodwill and be compliant while realizing a profit! We will talk everything client experience, client acquisition, employee morale, gift giving, holiday parties contributions and donations and more. We will also discuss how, when and why it's important to be giving unto yourself.
