Impact & Results Win Again

Thank you SmartCEO and First Virginia Bank for recognizing me and the other extremely phenomenal women CEOs and Executives last night.  

The Brava Awards celebrates female CEOs, nonprofit leaders and high impact executives who combine their irrepressible entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for giving back to the community. Brava Award winners are considered to be exemplary leaders of both their companies and their communities. They encourage local philanthropy, mentor up-and-coming leaders and set their companies on the path to tremendous growth.

Having been selected by an independent committee of local business leaders as a winner of this prestigious award means I am doing something right!

For close to thirty years, I’ve passionately supported the small business community of Federal Government Contractors and Nonprofit organizations by helping them develop growth strategies that are not only impacting but yield significant results.  Drawing focus to key financial indicators while managing other critical aspects of business has allowed my clients to drive growth beyond the bottom line.

Many of my clients come to me overwhelmed and so far in the weeds of their business that the business is running them instead of them running their business.  

My laser focused and hands on strategies have helped pull them out of the weeds and perched in the right position of growth and opportunity.  Helping these business owners clear the fog so they not only win but keep profitable business opportunities is where I thrive!
